LA JOLLA — It was announced this week that Muirlands Middle School, 1056 Nautilus St., has two openings for the School Site Council (SSC). The responsibilities of the SSC include the development and oversight of the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and the budgets. The SSC committee meets monthly to analyze assessment data, monitor the implementation of the SPSA plan, as well as oversee budgets associated with the plan.
