MISSION BEACH — Members of the Mission Beach Woman’s Club filled and sent 76 boxes to a troop of marines stationed in Afghanistan. The club collected food, toiletries and other gifts to be sent to the troops, and San Diego Composites, Inc., a local engineering company, covered the $800 cost of shipping the boxes.
