Satiate your appetite at Coast of Pacific Beach Restaurant Walk

Discover the best eats in Pacific Beach at the upcoming, self-guided Coast of Pacific Beach Restaurant Walk 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 24.
Whet your appetite at this increasingly popular annual event, which continues to grow, offering a large variety of food choices from more than 20 local eateries along Mission Boulevard from Pacific Beach Drive to Emerald Street and along Garnet Avenue up through Dawes Street (maps provided).
Also, special deals from local retailers will be offered as participants stroll past the shops, all for only $25 presale.
Participating restaurants include PB Shore Club, The Duck Dive, Miller’s Field, Big Kahunas Homemade Ice Cream, Crushed, Filippi’s Pizza Grotto, The Local PB, Oceana Coastal Kitchen, The Mad Beet, Bub’s at the Beach, Jinya Ramen Bar, The Wood, Backyard Kitchen and Tap, Society, PB Tuesday Farmer’s Market, Baja Beach Café, Cabo Cantina, Bare Back Grill, Tony Roma’s, Coconut Thai, Dolce Italian Ice, Cream, and Board and Brew.
Watch the sun setting overhead while sampling the best of Pacific Beach’s eclectic coastal cuisine. Even better, event proceeds will help keep the coastal neighborhood clean.
This year, five new restaurants – Jinya Ramen Bar, The Mad Beet, Society, Cream and Dolce Italian Ice – will be on the walk, plus all the old favorites, of course. Cost is $25 presale and $30 the day of the event. Tickets are available at PacificBeach.org or at Filippi’s Pizza Grotto, at 962 Garnet Ave., and The Mad Beet, at 933 Garnet Ave.
The event is hosted by nonprofit Discover Pacific Beach, the community’s Business Improvement District. For more information, call Ann Condon at (858) 273-3303.
