San Diego’s historic beachfront amusement park will be featured on an upcoming episode of ABC’s “The Bachelor.”
The episode will include an exciting and heartwarming one-on-one date with Colton Underwood, one lucky lady and some surprise guests at the heart of Mission Beach in Belmont Park. While details of the episode have not been released, Belmont Park shared a photo on Instagram of Underwood enjoying one of the park’s many carnival games and holding a stuffed animal prize presumably for one of the 19 contestants left.
The 23rd season of “The Bachelor” stars Underwood, who burst onto the scene during season 14 of “The Bachelorette.” The former NFL player made a play for Bachelorette Becca Kufrin’s heart but was sadly sent home after professing he had fallen in love. When he showed up to the beaches of Mexico last summer on “Bachelor in Paradise,” he was hopeful, but still did not find the one.
After a summer of growth and a new perspective on what he is looking for, Underwood is more than ready for his next chapter and returned for another shot at love as the star of “The Bachelor.” This upcoming episode is scheduled to air Monday, Jan. 21 at 8/7c, on ABC.
