Wednesday, May 28, is National Senior Health and Fitness Day, and The Patrician senior living center is mounting an “obstacle course” around the challenges facing seniors as they strive for their best. Exercises and stretches are on the bill at 11 a.m. Activities at The Patrician are designed around all wellness factors; meanwhile, Wednesday’s event is part of the International Council on Active Aging’s Changing the Way We Age campaign, designed to shift the way society perceives aging.
