Stacey Studebaker has returned to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as the assistant manager of its Pacific Beach office. She comes to the office with eight years of real estate experience.

Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, she was a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and social psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Furthermore, she is a certified negotiation expert as well as a short sale and foreclosure resource global luxury specialist.
