On Saturday, Oct. 20, World Wildlife Fund (WWF) will kick off its first peer-to-peer athletic fundraising event. Panda Paddle, sponsored by Target, will invite participants to “take a stand” for nature by fundraising and paddling at Bonita Cove in Mission Bay.
The event will feature a live performance from San Diego-based singer-songwriter Tristan Prettyman and Victoria Secret Angel Jasmine Tookes. All race participants, spectators, and the general public are invited to join in the day-long festivities to raise awareness about World Wildlife Fund’s mission and help us protect the natural world and all it gives us.
