Beginning this week and continuing for approximately six weeks, a section of Pacific Highway will be reduced to one through lane at the intersection at Taylor Street. Turn lanes will not be impacted.
This work is part of ongoing, intermittent construction scheduled to take place on Pacific Highway, Taylor Street, and Rosecrans Street through summer 2021. During construction, crews will reconfigure Pacific Highway and Taylor Street in preparation for the anticipated increase in Trolley crossings at Taylor Street upon completion of the Mid-Coast Trolley project. Additionally, crews will make improvements to the Old Town Transit Center and the adjacent Park & Ride lot. Both daytime and nighttime work will be required throughout construction.
