The victim, a 35-year-old male, was the passenger of the vehicle. The vehicle was on Fiesta Island doing a donut about 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 2. The vehicle rolled over and the victim’s arm was pinched between the vehicle and the ground and then he was ejected from the vehicle. The victim sustained a shattered right arm and was transported with non life threatening injuries to the hospital by medics. The driver of the vehicle drove away in a dark Jeep Wrangler or Cherokee.
