The suspect and victim were in the suspect’s RV, parked in the parking lot at South Shores Park in off SeaWorld Drive Tuesday, June 27. They got into an argument over property and during the argument the suspect pistol whipped the victim and the gun went off, grazing the victim’s head. The victim exited the RV and the suspect drove off towing a black Jeep. SDPD searched the area for the suspect and spotted the suspect at 3800 La Jolla Village Drive and subsequently arrested. The victim was transported to the hospital with a non life threatening injury. Area detectives were notified and responded to the scene and are investigating.
