Barclay, a University City resident, is enjoying way more than 15 minutes of fame – his time in the sun is more like 30 days. He’s reportedly the only four-legged creature featured on this year’s crop of San Diego County Fair posters, and from the looks of things, he pretty pleased with himself, which is only understandable. The fair runs through July 5 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds; attendance throughout the monthlong run is expected to be 1.4 million. The theme is ‘A Fair to Remember,’ featuring the best from landmark world’s fairs and San Diego’s Panama-California Exposition of 1915. For more, please see sdfair.com.
