Jocelyn Neves was recently crowned Miss Cabrillo Festival during the 51st Miss Cabrillo Festival Pageant, held at the United Portuguese SES Hall in Point Loma. With Neves are the two other lovely contestants, Gabriella Baptista-Proxmire and Sarae Da Rosa. The pageant is sponsored by the Cabrillo Civic Club No. 16 San Diego and the Portuguese American Social & Civic Club. Neves will reign over the 2014 Cabrillo Festival events this weekend. Da Rosa received the Spirit of Cabrillo Award for a beautiful and inspiring essay.
