LA JOLLA — Now that Halloween has come to a close, a couple area schools let us know just how spooktacular students were for the holiday. This year, the children of Bird Rock Elementary, located at 5371 La Jolla Hermosa Ave., went all out for their Halloween Parade on Oct. 29. And although Oct. 25-29 was Spirit Week at Muirlands Middle School, located at 1056 Nautilus St., it was on Thursday when the “spirits” came out for an annual on-campus Halloween dance.
