On Saturday, Oct. 28, from 2 to 5 p.m. Ocean Beach Recreation Center, at 4726 Santa Monica Ave., is hosting their annual Halloween Carnival with carnival games, costume contest, activities, music, food, and much more. Bring Halloween bags for prizes and treats, and wear a costume for a chance to win an award in the Halloween costume contest. You can win prizes for most creative, scariest, funniest and prettiest costume. Wrist bands will be sold for $2, which will be good for all activities and games.
