IT WAS SHIROI HANA FISH MARKET, SUSHI BAR AND RESTAURANT when I took this photo in the mid-1980s. I think it offered New Orleans cuisine when it was called Café Beignet. I’m not sure what name it went by when I went in for fish and chips.
