
A lockdown at Point Loma High School was lifted the morning of April 13 after police and school officials had responded to an email threat.
A school official opened the email, which reportedly contained a bomb threat, at 6:50 a.m. School officials kept students and teachers in their classrooms and San Diego police officers had swept the school as of 9 a.m., assisted by dog units from the federal Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agency.
The all-clear was given around 10:30 a.m. — NBC 7
