Amazon.com is getting set to open its second brick and mortar store – this one in La Jolla, according to a sign posted at a location in the Westfield University Towne Center Mall in San Diego. The sign says that Amazon Books will open this summer. Amazon told a local publication that it is hiring store managers and associates for the location. The brick and mortar store will be the second for Amazon.com, which opened a physical bookstore in Seattle last November.
