Two runners emerged from the pack to win their respective divisions in the 29th annual La Jolla Half Marathon on April 25, which involved racing from Del Mar to La Jolla Cove. Above, La Jolla Half Marathon men’s champion was Sergio Gonzalez, 23, from Oceanside. He finished far ahead of the pack with a time of 1:09:48.
