La Jolla High School senior class president Emma Wineman was among the speakers at the commencement exercises of the school’s Class of 2015, held June 16 at Gene Edwards Stadium. The 355 students also heard an eloquent speech on service from Principal Chuck Podhorsky – and unknown to him, his message was unfolding in real life right on school grounds.
