Seeded No. 2 in CIF Division II field hockey, the Lady Centurions easily swept by Hilltop Nov. 14 by a score of 4-0. Then came the Nov. 16 semifinal against Westview, which proved to be an upset as the No. 3-seeded Lady Wolverines pulled ahead in double overtime, 1-0, to set up the Nov. 18 final with Serra. Serra won 2-1, scoring the go-ahead goal with five seconds left in regulation.
