Thunderboats showed off their flashy stuff over the weekend in the 42nd year of thunderboat racing at Mission Bay. Formerly called the Thunderboat Regatta, the event has been renamed The San Diego Bayfair. The races went ahead despite solid sewage debris that washed up on the western shore of Fiesta Island days before the races began.
