The Peninsula Family YMCA formally celebrated the opening of the Haas Family Gymnasium with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in April. The local YMCA embarked on a three-phase capital campaign and improvement plan in 2003, and the Haas Family Gymasium represents the completion of phase two.
