Complete knowledge of QuickBooks a must.
• A/R, A/P through financial statements
• P&L and Balance Sheet
• Prepare payroll through payroll management system
• Quarterly tax reporting
• Bank reconciliations
• Some collection calls
• Processing credit card payments
• Knowledge of Excel
Team player with excellent communication and people skills
Organized, self motivated, capable of working independently, able to multitask; Detailed oriented
Minimum 2 years experience
Full time, $27,000 – $31,000 annual salary
