When the Earth Shook: Kensington resident Chris Bessenecker tells of the efforts to rebuild Haiti.
Bessenecker works for San-Diego based Project Concern International (PCI) – one of the
first organizations on-scene after the earthquake. PCI is a non-profit health and humanitar-
ian aid organization dedicated to preventing disease, improving community health, and
promoting sustainable development.
Kensington Cafe will donate proceeds fromt he sale of food and drink items to PCI’s Haiti relief fund..
Photos and Haitian music will provide the backdrop for this unique and compelling event.
