Park, what park?
I live at the top of the hill, a few houses from the Cromwell Place ‘park’ entrance to Indian Hill Park. We had heard that that area on the east side of Cromwell Place was a city park or dedicated to the city. I’ve never seen anyone climbing up or down that hill, however, this article may encourage people to start doing so I’m not sure where Carol Green gets her info on this area and its access point to the park.
Oh, by the way, the area above the proposed dispensary is not Talmadge, it’s Normal Heights.
